Part03/03 Emerald Dragon - If you beat the Super Famicom/Super Nintendo version, wait some time and a special option appears after the credits. This was almost a minute with the FAST FORWARD button pushed down when I played on emulator, so I imagine it to be a 5-10 minute wait if you play on the actual console/cartridge.
